Striving for Sustainability

For Luke and myself, an important part of building a business in the Otways is to ensure it will help to build the local economy and to be sustainable in its practice. With this as a base value, every decision we have made has reflected this. We will continue to strive to become 100% sustainable.

At present our packaging consists of: 

• Tissue paper & stickers supplied by noissue.com.au, a sustainable packaging supplier that is environmentally conscious.

• Insert postcard & note cards printed on 100 % recycled board, with an environmentally conscious printing process through environmentalprinting.com.au.

• Kraft boxes: with minimal, non-foiled printing

And we have an exciting initiative in the pipeline that will help offset the environmental impact of transporting the hampers to their recipient.

In line with our focus, we ask that all packaging be reused and recycled in best practice methods.
